Industrial element manufacturing in Wil SG

Industrial element manufacturing at S. Müller Holzbau AG in Wil with Technowood gantry and isofloc blow-in panel

S. Müller Holzbau runs an industrial element manufacturing site in Wil with end-to-end automated insulation logistics and robot-assisted filling of wall and roof elements. At its core is a Technowood gantry with an integrated isofloc blow-in panel — complemented by automated bale logistics and a buffer-hopper system.

From industrial bale to insulated element – with no manual intervention

In S. Müller Holzbau's modern element manufacturing, the entire insulation process runs almost fully automatically: from the automated storage of industrial bales, through material preparation and pneumatic conveying, all the way to autonomous filling of the timber elements. The Technowood gantry with integrated isofloc blow-in panel fills the elements reproducibly and at consistent quality. Manual steps are largely eliminated, integration into the production line is optimised and process reliability rises significantly.

„The automated end-to-end solution — from warehouse management through material conveying to the autonomous filling of elements — enables a seamless and efficient production process. Compared with conventional insulation methods, the insulation work can be carried out fully automatically and without additional manual intervention."
