What drives us

Founded in Bütschwil in the Toggenburg, isofloc AG has been developing and producing innovative cellulose-based insulants for almost 50 years. Over this time we have built not only comprehensive expertise in production and processing, but also a deep understanding of building-physics requirements, application techniques and process reliability. The basis of our insulants is recycled cellulose fibres from the paper cycle. In this way we actively contribute to resource-friendly and energy-efficient construction — combining ecological responsibility with technical performance and long-term practical experience.

Alongside developing insulants, isofloc has worked for many years on the application and processing of loose-fill insulants. This includes our own developments in blow-in technology as well as system solutions for automated processing in prefabrication and on the construction site. A central part of our work is the close collaboration with specialist contractors, timber-construction companies, architects and planners. Together we create solutions that combine economic viability, sustainability and execution reliability. Our daily goal is the further development of high-performance materials and systems for sustainable timber and building construction — from the Toggenburg for the world.
